Fiat 595 Abarth Auxiliary Belt Tensioner Replacement

I need to replace the auxiliary belt tensioner. Not much room to do. Any advice if doing yourself?

I think if you get a t-bar and grind the square end down or shape to the bolt that sits inside the tensioner should give you enough room.
